Silent Film

Wore just a simple black on black because I didn't want to think. Bright accessories liven up any drab outfit though. Found out my college will be hosting a silent film, but because I'll have to pay for it, chances are I won't go, but maan, if it is what I expect then I am missing out. BUT IT'S A ONE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE!!

First supposed day of school

Showed up for my first class which was a Biology lab and there were about 10 other people there in the class with me. It was 8.25 and I was like, "Man, where could the teacher be?! They're already late." Then another professor walks in and says, "I don't think you guys have class. Your teacher should have told you." Well, guess what? They didn't so I drove half an hour for what? Nothing. A giant waste of gas. Oh, and I got all ready for school. For? No one. It was quite upsetting.

Ah, well I guess I have tomorrow, and YOU guys can see what I wore:

Blazer: Garage sale. Lace Cami: Renewed Expressions. Cargo Green shorts: Vanity Fair. Clogs: Thrifted.

Back to School

These pictures are from anthropology and I really liked these two outfits so I am posting them.

I love the simplicity of this outfit but how kooky it looks too; collected kooky. The geometric shapes in her necklace compliment the great pants she is wearing. Her shoes accent her statement pants. Her simple blouse completes the outfit softening her outfit but keeping up with the vision.

I liked this outfit because of the textures. From her shoes to the pleats in her top and the coziness of her cardigan, the style mixes a kind of grungy look to a really feminine soft look. Remember to mix textures and get out your old cargo pants.
umm... This was supposed to be a larger picture for Urban Outfitter's 90's inspired clothes, but now it's just a teenie weenie pic. While UO is sporting the 90's, Forever 21 has their rooms filled with mid 80's style clothing.
Vintage: bold colors, crop tops, patterned leggings as pants, shoulder pads, and menswear as woman's wear.

Three Lessons in Life

1. Watch windmills spinning. A lot of people think that windmills are ugly but I think they are beautiful and majestic. I love watching them and thinking about how they transfer energy from the wind to places around the country.
2. Make random things into dresses. A family friend is getting married this Saturday and my mom made some paper flowers for decoration. I had to bring them all to church to give them to her mom so I traveled with all these flower things. I got some funny looks, but it was fun because they're so fluffy and beautiful...
3. I think this is them most important. You must make homemade bagels. I made these a little while back and they were the best things in the world. I try to avoid exaggeration as much as I can, but this is probably the best tasting things in the world. I made them with Peach and it took about 2 hours, but all that time was completely worth it. You don't even have to toast it and cream cheese it because it is so good just by itself.

Bowling or Sleeping

Someone asked me if I was ready for bed and another said my shirt looked like a bowling shirt. I have no idea. It has some embroidery on the pocket that says something that looks like Eseeyes, but I am not sure. If you have any idea, comment it. But then, maybe if I knew then I wouldn't think of wearing it. Who knows.

Downtown Boise

Dress as top

Been wanting to wear my dress for a while now... so, I decided to show off my stupendous racerback tan-line wearing a belted skirt. One girl thought my outfit was a dress and in reality the black part is a dress but the combination is.. not. Ha! tricked her!! Good day. (don't pay any attention to my hair, because apparently I didn't)
