Just another way of putting stuff together. You've already seen these clothes but I just wanted to put them up a different way. Please excuse the slight boring.

70's Russian Bountyhunter
I think this outfit made my legs look yummy because everyone kept looking at them. So wear dark tones throughout your outfit to lengthen.
Story: My friends made a video that you can check out here. It is uber hilarious!!

Bow-ti-ful
*I advise she takes it out... it looked better just long.
layers upon layers
.

My day outfit made up of beret, oldlady, knit, gingham, menswear, leggings and boots. I wanted to be warm. But even then this supposedly warm 42 degree weather was freezing. The blowing wind made it worse, I guess. My sister's and I felt real dumb taking off our jackets for taking pictures right outside of our church while it was sooo fridged.

Teal sweater: OldNavy. Gingham halter top: Kohl's. Men's shorts: Thrifted. Black cotton leggings: Freddies! Black slouch boots: Shopko.

Brown Maryjane shoe story
Men's plaid shirt: Father's. Red knit vest: Thrifted. Striped shirt (diy dress): Thrifted then fixed up by me. Woven belt: Bass outlet. Navy cotton tights: Christmas present from grandma. Brown maryjane's heel: Thrifted.
Today I wore this outfit out to my mom's IJA (Idaho's Japanese Assocation) party at this church.

My bag isn't the best bag to hold things in because it's a drawstring with no clasp of any sort to keep it closed. I like the gray color and thin pinstripes on it and how it fits a lot of stuff, but it's not very functional.
I hoped to find my other shoe on the way back from cross country practice that day, which was ultimate frisbee. Although my team lost, I was very glad of how many people showed up to play. Usually we have around 5 people show up, but today there were 12 of us to play. Some of the lacrosse team played for the first 10 minutes, too. Also two graduates came and we talked for a while afterwords.
It was so much fun, but then began my walk home; hoping to find my missing shoe. I kinda felt like Cinderella except for no boy picked up my shoe. I was walking across the field looking at every dried leaf on the ground closely. I kept thinking it was my shoe but then it happened to be a leaf. One particular leaf as I got closer and closer I realized may not be a leaf. Out loud I was saying "it's just a leaf, it's just a leaf." Even closer, I said louder "it's just a leaf, only a leaf." I began running until I reached it and picked it up, raised it in the air, and screamed "WOOOOOO!! MY SHOE!!!" and then practically skipped the rest of my way home.
THE END.

MC Hammer
This is my first item up after our small spree, yesterday. My grandma says that I looked like MC Hammer, the famous 80's rapper who sings "U can't touch this." When I googled it I suppose I agree but it doesn't make me want to wear them less, but MORE! They make me want to say "YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS" and jump around throwing my hands around...
Saturday Thrift Day
My grandma, mother, sisters, and I went to all the thrift stores in my city. There are only three but we spent all afternoon around. I ended up getting a black lace dress, white collared shirt, silky pajama bottoms, and three pairs of shoes. They are absolutely amazing but need a bit of fix ups (besides my shoes) before I wear them out. Check back later for those pics.

New Years Day: Sweater Story
Green sweater [Mervyn's], Striped gray tee [Kohl's], turquise tank [Japan], Beige beret [Xmas], Red necklace [thrifted], Beige capris [thrifted], Striped socks [Japan], Shiny pumps [thrifted]
Green sweater story: Recently, Mervyn's closed due to the economy. On their last day of being open, my mom and sisters went there to check out the deals. This sweater was $1, so we almost bought four. One for each of us, including a friend we were shopping with. We didn't buy that many because it was so unnecessary, but our family got one and our friend got one. Ah, the deals you find as the economy dies...
New Years Eve: Shoe story
On New Years Eve my grandparents drove over from Sandpoint for a visit. I told Lilac to dress up with me for New Years and she did but she didn't take pictures. My dress is redone by me after I got it from gramma Nancy, whose not my grandma. Gramma Nancy got it when she had a garage sale with friends, one lady had to buy the dress for a sorority and it fortunately didn't get sold and the garage sale. Then gramma Nancy gave it to my sisters and I!

Dress [gramma Nancy] vintage, Black Cardigan [Ross], purple belt [bedding *in belt story post*], Mudd studded belt [Ross], Black fishnets [mother] vintage, black lace up heels [WetSeal]
Story: My mom doesn't know I own these shoes. I was showing them to her and adoring how fantastic the would look with all my clothes and how inexpensive they were, but she wouldn't let me get them. I don't have a lot of money at all because of my joblessness but I had the few bucks in my wallet for these shoes so as my mom was trying on t-shirts I had Lilac buy them. We then dashed out of the store and felt uber rebellious, though many of you would highly doubt purchasing anything for under $10 without permission is rebellious. It was certainly fun though!
